After you collect your baggage from the claims area of the airport, exit the international custom area to the sidewalk and then take a right and walk to the first cross walk. Cross the street and look for the Rental Car pickup sign and wait at the curb for Hertz shuttle to come. It would be easier for you to take the Hertz shuttle than to walk from one end of the terminal to the other end.
